How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Roma, depending on the amount.
Rome is home to the Court of Cassation, the ministries and the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, which also hears many challenges to acts of central government.
