How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Rome from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Rome is home to the Court of Cassation, the ministries and the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, which also hears many challenges to acts of central government.
