How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Grosseto, depending on the amount.
Grosseto is the main town of the Maremma and of Tuscany’s largest province by area; its court falls within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal.
