How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Catania, depending on the amount.
Catania has its own Court of Appeal and a detached section of the Sicilian Regional Administrative Court, separate from Palermo’s.
