How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Pistoia, depending on the amount.
Pistoia is where the studio is based, at Via Filippo Pacini 59. The Pistoia court falls within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal.
