Data processed

Contact details and the content of messages sent through the form, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp (name, e-mail, phone number, area of law, message text).

Technical browsing data recorded by the server hosting the website (such as IP address, date and time of the request), needed for operation and security.

Please do not include health data, details of criminal proceedings or other highly sensitive information in your first message. Where necessary, such information may be processed during the engagement, under professional secrecy.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to enquiries and arranging a meeting: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Complying with legal obligations, including professional and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for period, e.g. 12 months. If you instruct the studio, data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Data is processed by the controller and by authorised members of the studio, who are bound by professional secrecy. It may be processed, as data processors, by the website hosting provider (provider name) and the form delivery service (service name). Data is not disclosed publicly.

If you choose to contact the studio via WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own terms.

Transfers outside the EU

The controller does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. verify against the hosting and form providers chosen

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to ada.alia@outlook.it.
