How I work
After an accident on holiday or on a business trip, going home does not close the matter: the damage must be documented and the claim made in time.
I pursue the claim against the Italian insurer and, if necessary, before the Italian courts, keeping you updated remotely in English.
Munich is linked to Italy by the Brenner route, one of the main corridors for traffic, tourism and trade between the two countries.

Directive 2009/103/EC
Every motor insurer appoints a claims representative in each other Member State, so the claim can be started from your own country.

Compensation bodies
If the insurer does not reply in time, or the vehicle cannot be identified, the same directive provides national bodies you can turn to.

The standard European accident report form, if completed at the scene, makes reconstructing events much easier.
