How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Napoli, depending on the amount.
The Naples Court of Appeal district is among the largest in Italy by population and caseload.
