How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Padova, depending on the amount.
Padua is home to one of the oldest universities in the world, founded in 1222; its court falls within the district of the Venice Court of Appeal.
