How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Prato, depending on the amount.
Prato has one of the highest shares of foreign residents of any Italian city, and a manufacturing base, especially textiles, closely tied to foreign markets.
