How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Trieste, depending on the amount.
Trieste, on the border with Slovenia, is home to the Court of Appeal and the Regional Administrative Court for Friuli Venezia Giulia, and is one of the first points of entry into Italy along the Balkan route.
