The studio
An independent practice, built from the ground up, where every matter is handled by the lawyer in person.
I chose independence while still a trainee. I passed the Bar exam in 2019 and, at the end of 2021, opened my own studio in Pistoia, on Via Filippo Pacini.
The practice works to one clear principle: fewer distractions, higher quality. When you instruct me, you deal with me directly, from the first meeting to the courtroom.

I graduated in Law from the University of Florence in 2017, with a thesis in criminal procedure. After my legal traineeship I passed the Bar exam in 2019, and I have been a member of the Pistoia Bar since January 2020.
Over time I have added family law, immigration law and personal injury to my criminal practice. I meet and advise clients in Italian, English and Albanian.

Where I work
From Pistoia, across Italy and beyond
The studio is in Pistoia, within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal. From here I act for clients in Pistoia, Prato, Florence, Lucca and throughout Tuscany, and appear before courts across Italy, from Veneto to Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The international dimension runs through every area of my practice: a criminal case with a defendant living abroad, a separation between two countries, a company working with foreign partners. I work in Italian, English and Albanian, with trusted professionals in Albania and other countries.

Before we meet
How much does legal assistance cost?
It depends on the area of law, the complexity of the matter and the stage of proceedings. At the first meeting I explain how the case may develop and, on request, provide a written estimate, as Italian professional rules require.
How long will proceedings take?
Timescales vary widely depending on the type of case and the court. I would rather give you a realistic estimate from the start, and update it at every significant step, than promise timings that are outside our control.
How do I arrange a first meeting?
Call the studio, send a WhatsApp message or use the contact form. Meetings take place by appointment at the studio in Pistoia.
Can I speak with the lawyer in English?
Yes. Meetings and correspondence can be conducted in English, Italian or Albanian.
Do you take cases outside Pistoia?
Yes. The studio is based in Pistoia, but I appear before courts throughout Italy, in particular Prato, Florence, Lucca, Massa, Grosseto, Padua, Venice, Pordenone and Trieste.
