How I work
A lawyer admitted to an Italian bar can appear before every court and court of appeal in the country. That is why I also take proceedings outside the Pistoia jurisdiction, from the first step to appeal.
At urgent stages, such as questioning, an arrest or a precautionary measure, I arrange the necessary presence straight away. Reading the file and building the defence always remain in my hands.
Rome is home to the Court of Cassation, the ministries and the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, which also hears many challenges to acts of central government.

- A summons to the Questura di Roma or a Carabinieri station
- Notice that the prosecutors at the Tribunale di Roma have closed their investigation
- A preliminary hearing or trial before the Tribunale di Roma
- A judgment to appeal before the Corte d’Appello di Roma
