A lawyer of the Pistoia Bar. A career built independently, on one conviction: clients deserve the direct presence of the person defending them.
I have always loved this profession, perhaps more than is reasonable. During my legal traineeship I set myself one goal: to become independent. I began paying for an office when I was earning almost nothing, and soon afterwards went my own way.
I passed the Bar exam in 2019 and joined the Pistoia Bar in January 2020. At the end of 2021 I opened my own studio in the full sense of the word. I started from nothing, with a great deal of determination.
Since then the practice has grown mainly through word of mouth: clients who come back, who send others, who sometimes thank me by saying I helped change their lives. To me, that is the achievement that matters most.
Criminal law was my first choice. I graduated in it and it remains the part of the profession I feel is most mine. Mornings are usually spent in court; the rest of the day goes to drafting and to meetings with clients.
Immigration law opened many doors for me. I came to it through study and hands-on casework, in a field where experience is built on the ground. Over time, following the needs of the people who came to the studio, family law and personal injury joined the practice.
Two trainee lawyers work alongside me. Every file, however, remains in my hands: I am the direct point of contact for each client.
For matters that call for other expertise, I work with a network of professionals from other fields, giving a complete picture without diluting responsibility.
I advise Italian companies looking abroad and foreign companies working with Italy. In Albania I work with trusted law firms, and I intend to strengthen that presence in the coming years.
