How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Firenze, depending on the amount.
Florence is home to the Court of Appeal that also covers Pistoia and Prato, and to the Tuscany Regional Administrative Court. It is where Avv. Alia studied law.
