How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Bologna, depending on the amount.
Bologna is just over half an hour from Florence by high-speed train, and is home to the Court of Appeal for Emilia-Romagna and one of Europe’s oldest universities.
