How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Bari, depending on the amount.
Bari has ferry links with Durrës and very close historical and commercial ties with Albania and the Balkans.
