How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Massa, depending on the amount.
Massa is in Tuscany, but its court falls within the district of the Genoa Court of Appeal: a detail that matters when a judgment is appealed.
