How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Palermo, depending on the amount.
Palermo is the capital of Sicily, an autonomous region, and seat of the Sicilian Regional Administrative Court and of the district Court of Appeal.
