How I work
Compensation starts with a complete, well-documented claim. I coordinate the medico-legal assessments and negotiate with insurers without losing time.
If negotiation is not enough, I take the claim to the competent court: the justice of the peace (giudice di pace) or the Tribunale di Lucca, depending on the amount.
Lucca is linked to Pistoia by the A11 motorway, and its court, like Pistoia’s, falls within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal.
