How I work
A lawyer admitted to an Italian bar can appear before every court and court of appeal in the country. That is why I also take proceedings outside the Pistoia jurisdiction, from the first step to appeal.
At urgent stages, such as questioning, an arrest or a precautionary measure, I arrange the necessary presence straight away. Reading the file and building the defence always remain in my hands.
Florence is home to the Court of Appeal that also covers Pistoia and Prato, and to the Tuscany Regional Administrative Court. It is where Avv. Alia studied law.

- A summons to the Questura di Firenze or a Carabinieri station
- Notice that the prosecutors at the Tribunale di Firenze have closed their investigation
