How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Florence from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Florence is home to the Court of Appeal that also covers Pistoia and Prato, and to the Tuscany Regional Administrative Court. It is where Avv. Alia studied law.
