How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Prato from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Prato has one of the highest shares of foreign residents of any Italian city, and a manufacturing base, especially textiles, closely tied to foreign markets.
