How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Palermo from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Palermo is the capital of Sicily, an autonomous region, and seat of the Sicilian Regional Administrative Court and of the district Court of Appeal.
