How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Lucca from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Lucca is linked to Pistoia by the A11 motorway, and its court, like Pistoia’s, falls within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal.
