How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Grosseto from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Grosseto is the main town of the Maremma and of Tuscany’s largest province by area; its court falls within the district of the Florence Court of Appeal.
