How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Bologna from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Bologna is just over half an hour from Florence by high-speed train, and is home to the Court of Appeal for Emilia-Romagna and one of Europe’s oldest universities.
