How I work
Family cases are heard by the court where the family, or one spouse, lives. I handle proceedings in Turin from the Pistoia studio, attending hearings in person and holding meetings online too.
Where possible I seek an agreement, which is almost always the fastest and least painful route. Where it is not, I prepare for court with the same care.
Turin is a historic industrial hub with a strong manufacturing tradition and close commercial ties with neighbouring France.
