Where do I challenge a permit refusal in Milan?

Usually before the TAR Lombardia (Milano), within 60 days of notification. For permits on family grounds, the ordinary court has jurisdiction instead. Check the deadline immediately on the decision you received.

Can you handle my case from Pistoia if I live in Milan?

Yes. Most of the work is done on paper and online; I arrange to attend any hearings and appointments that require it.
